Terms: • Prices quoted or invoiced are affected by the weights of the goods and the precious metal market rates, unless they are otherwise agreed upon. • Weights are approximate. Diamond quality is as specified on the website for the diamond item. • Credit application must be evaluated and approved for all open accounts. • If your business is in California, please email us your completed and signed business resale certificate for registration. You may use the link (https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/formspubs/cdtfa230.pdf) to download the PDF form. • All major credit cards can be accepted as payment method. Please be aware that a surcharge of 2.95% will be applied to the invoiced amount. • You may pay directly by bank transfer by calling or email us for ACH routing and account information. • Check payment will be required to be cleared before the orders can be delivered. • No COD Check or COD Cash can be used at the present time. • Not held responsible for customer’s error(s) or omission(s) on site. • We reserve the right to correct or change prices, and to discontinue any item(s) at our discretion.
Orders: • Orders for in-stock items can be shipped on the same day or within 24 hours. • Orders expected to be shipped on the same day shall be placed no later than 2:30 PM Pacific Time. • For the out-of-stock and special-order items, please email or call for delivery estimation.
Shipping: • We use Parcel Pro/UPS as primary delivery carrier with the benefit of their insurance coverage for valuable items and the good shipping rates. The savings are passed down to our customers. • Next Day, 2nd Day and Saturday delivery (if available) can be requested. • The speed of the Next Day delivery for certain zip codes could be mildly impacted at the discretion of the Parcel Pro policy.
Returns: • For returns and exchanges please call or email us to request a return authorization. • Returns of invoiced standard stock items shall be made within 14 days of delivery in the original and unused condition, accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
Special Orders: • All special orders require 50% deposit. • All special orders are final. No return, no exchange, no refund.
